Today's #WiOWednesday feature is Cindy Gong-Harris, director of marketing and business development at Optosigma.

Cindy's path from Purdue to a pivotal role at OptoSigma showcases a journey marked by continuous learning. In an early role at SpectraCode, under the mentorship of professors, she dove into the world of Raman spectroscopy systems. Now, among other responsibilities, she leads Project Avatar, a marketing initiative combining a STEM-based comic book series with business development. Cindy says this initiative has been a creative way to support STEM education and achieve customer engagement.

Despite the demands of her career, she earned an Executive MBA while balancing her roles as a working professional, wife, and mother, exemplifying her commitment to personal and career growth.
